Target Muscle Groups: This exercise targets your full body.

Perfect Your Posture: Keep core tight and back straight, push your legs out and bring them back in as quickly as possible. Explosively jump as high as possible while fully extending your arms towards the ceiling. Perform this exercise as quickly as possible maintaining correct form throughout.

The Action: Begin in squat position with hands on floor in front of you, kick your feet back so you are in the Push-up position, jump or step in to return your feet to squat position, jump up as high as possible and reach arms overhead and then return to the start position.
