Target Muscle Groups: This exercise targets your abdominal muscles.

Perfect Your Posture: Keep your chin up, your elbows should go out to the side with your fingertips on the temple of
your head. At the starting position have your lower back squeezed into the floor.

The Action: Get into position, move your upper back and shoulder blades away from the floor, tense your abs and slowly return to your starting position then repeat.
